Ushabti
Ushabti, also known as Shabti, is a funerary figurine placed in tombs among the grave goods to act as a replacement for the deceased. They were usually made from wax, clay, wood and stone. The figures were made to resemble the tomb owner during the New Kingdom: 1539 – 1075 BCE. Later, the figures were seen more as slaves in the afterlife.
